The Van-Jan Anatomical Leather Halter with Brass Hardware blends classic warmth with modern comfort engineering. Soft padded leather sits gently on the horse's face, while the distinctive brass hardware and easy-locking buckle system make this halter as practical for daily yard use as it is handsome for presentation at shows.

Key Features

  • Soft Padded Leather Noseband — Generously padded nosepiece distributes pressure gently across the nasal bone, suitable for horses that are sensitive to headgear
  • Warm Brass Hardware — Traditional brass-finish rings and buckles pair beautifully with both black and havana leather for a classic, yard-ready look
  • Easy-Locking Buckle System — Fast-action buckle on the headstrap allows the halter to be put on and removed single-handedly, even with a busy yard horse
  • Anatomical Shaping — Curved noseband and headstrap follow the natural contours of the horse's head for a snug, non-rubbing fit
  • Durable Quality Leather — Built for daily use with reinforced stress points at all rings and buckle attachments

Ideal For

Daily yard use, travelling, showing at in-hand classes, and stable management. An elegant all-rounder that works as well in the trailer as in the show ring.

Available in Black and Brown · Full, Cob, and Pony sizes

Care & Conditioning

Clean leather with a soft damp cloth after use. Apply a quality leather conditioner every 4–6 weeks, or more frequently in wet or cold conditions. Do not use household soaps, detergents, or oil-based products. Store away from direct heat and sunlight. A well-maintained Van-Jans bridle will last many years of regular use.
